Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt.


Conditions for return:

  • the product must be in unused condition
  • it must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • the intention to return must be notified in advance

Refund


Once the returned product arrives and its condition has been verified, the refund will be initiated via the original payment method.


Important


The shipping cost of returns is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
